To speed things up, include the email of your Vagare account. If something went wrong, tell us what you were doing, your iPhone model and, if you can, send a screenshot.

Subscription

How do I cancel Vagare Pro?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vagare and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from the app, under Account → Subscription → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple bills the subscription and also decides on refunds. Send your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I switched iPhones and lost Pro. What now?

Sign in to Vagare with the same account, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. The iPhone must be signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

What are the limits of each plan?

They are in section 5 of the Terms of Use.

Account

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Under Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and erases your itineraries. It does not cancel your subscription: cancel it first, as explained above.

How do I ask for a copy or correction of my data?

Write to the email above. Your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Artificial intelligence assistant

The itinerary has wrong information

The assistant can get opening hours, prices and addresses wrong. Check important information before you travel and ask for the fix in the chat itself.

How do I stop sending my data to artificial intelligence?

Withdraw the permission under Account → AI assistant. The rest of the app keeps working.

Sharing

The invite doesn't open

Invites expire after 30 days. Ask the person who shared the itinerary for a new invite and make sure the app is up to date.
